Seed cycling is a simple and natural way of rotating different seeds throughout different times of your menstrual cycle.
Seed cycling can support hormone balance which can soothe the symptoms of pms and peri menopause such as fatigue, insomnia, skin breakouts.
Happy Hormones Seeds are all:

Advice for no menstrual cycle
If you do not have a regular cycle, use
- Phase 1 seeds (Flax seeds and Pumpkin seeds) from the new moon to the full moon.

PHASE 1 SEEDS BENEFITS
