Restorative YOGA - Online Class from the comfort of home - 

Giving us the perfect opportunity for pause during the longer nights, restorative Yoga is a practice which allows your mind and body a chance to fully rest. Minimal effort is required as you will be supported by lovely yoga props like blankets, bolsters and an eye pillow. Our aim is to restore the body and mind to a balanced and well functioning state. Guided breathing and meditation will be woven into the practice to encourage the mind to let go, furthering a state of rest and relaxation ❤️ See you there, Naomi xx
